Moburo agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the client during the project. Similarly, the client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information regarding Moburo’s methodologies, processes, or software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moburo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant country where service is offered. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country where service is offered.
